Flavoursome, tender squid chunks, coated in a salt and pepper seasoned batter. Simply oven cook, pan fry or deep fry from frozen. Perfect for a starter in a restaurant, as a side dish with takeaways, or an option on your fish and chips menu. Serve alongside a wedge of lemon, and some delicious tartare sauce.
INGREDIENTS :
Squid 70% (Mollusc) (Dosidicus Gigas), Water, Canola Oil, Soybean Oil, Modified Starch (E1404), Celery Seed Ground, Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Wheat Gluten, Emulsifier (E450), Raising Agent (E500), Acidity Regulator (E300, E331), Yeast, Salt (1%), Pepper (0.9%), Dextrose.

USAGE INFO :
Product must be cooked before consuming. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 230°C. Place frozen squid pieces evenly on a lined baking tray. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for approximately 18-22 minutes, turn the pieces halfway through baking. Pan Fry: Pre-heat 2mm of oil on medium-high heat. Cook squids for 5-7 minutes, turning regularly. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170-180°C. Fry squids for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
